ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

• Metrics Reports – Column Text Wrapping: For programs that have “Metrics-style” views set up, you will now see the column header text wrap when one or both of the side panels are minimized – if both panels open, the column text will revert back to the “ellipse” format. Please note that for some views with several columns or longer wording, the wrapping will not take effect until both panels are minimized. Examples of the new layout are below:
  • Left Panel Open, Column Text Wrapping
  • Right Panel Open, Column Text Wrapping
  • Both Panels Open, Column Text Not Fully Shown
  • Both Panels Minimized, Column Text Wrapping

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Project Health Sample Reporting Performance: Users reported that programs utilizing Project Health Sample Reporting were experiencing performance issues when using Project Health on programs with large sampling datasets. This has been addressed, and views with larger sampling datasets will render now in most cases.

• Comments Download – Date Label: For some programs that had multiple types of date attributes available to filter comments views on, when the comments download was initiated, it was not passing through the proper date label (i.e. it would say “Transaction Date” instead of “Visit Date” in the header). This has been resolved, and all will appear properly now across all use cases of a comments download.
