ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These require configuration & coordination with your ConcentrixCX implementation & deployment teams.

• Dashboard Builder: The following enhancements have been made to the Enterprise/Custom metrics widget types:
  • A project’s “total survey count” will automatically display now when selected
  • Simple boolean question types are now available to have configured and used in reporting
  • Frequency is now a configurable calculation type at the metric level

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Details Buttons not Working: Users reported that within certain dashboards the details buttons were not clickable. This has been resolved, and the details buttons will now navigate the user to the appropriate view in ConcentrixCX when clicked.

• Reassign Alert Workflow: For programs that have the reassign alert configuration implemented within their Closed Loop workflow, when attempting to send an email to the reassigned owner, users were unable to complete the last step. This has been fixed, and the reassign alert workflow has resumed working end-to-end.

• Dashboard Builder Single Question Data Grid Charts: The PNG/JPG export from a single-question data grid chart type was not exporting with complete borders, and the base wording + calculations were not appearing after the wording in the chart. Both issues have been resolved, and this chart type will now render + export properly.

• Data Export Filters: Intermittent issues had been experienced by users where filters were not being applied or were “dropped” when re-running a data export request after making changes, coming back after idle time, etc. All of this has been addressed, and the Data Export view will execute as it should for all users, regardless of if filters are applied, idle time is present, etc.
