The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These require configuration & coordination with your ConcentrixCX implementation & deployment teams.
Dashboard Builder 2.0: We are very pleased to announce the release of Dashboard Builder 2.0! The next version of Dashboard Builder will add a host of DIY options that do not exist today, both at an enterprise level, as well as for individual programs. Be on the lookout for further communication and user materials related to this exciting feature in the coming weeks.
Scorecard Views – Table Default: We have added the ability to let the table option within Scorecard views be the default view when a user lands on this type of visual in the platform, similar to the behavior for Metrics views.
The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.
In-App Notification – Line Break Recognition: When in-app notifications were received by a user who was in a CX2.0 view, the notification text ran together and was not recognizing line breaks that were included in the text. This has been fixed, and the notification will now appear correctly throughout the ConcentrixCX application.
Download Option for Smart Summaries: The download option for Smart Summaries in the comments view would take an inordinate amount of time to complete. This has been addressed, and the download will now finish in a reasonable amount of time. We have also updated the download icon to be smaller on screen to match the layout in Dashboard Builder for data grid downloads.
