ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These require configuration & coordination with your ConcentrixCX implementation & deployment teams.

• Closed Loop – Reassign Alerts: Programs that utilize the reassign alert option within the Closed Loop module of ConcentrixCX now have an additional option for configuration – groups for alert reassignment.
  • In the reassign alert modal, users will now see a middle option labeled Filter by: that will include groups configured for a given program.
  • If a specific group is selected within the Filter by: area, only the users assigned to the chosen group will appear in the Choose Name or Group area
  • Users can view the entire list of owners with the “Show all” default option:
  • All other aspects of reassigning a user to a closed loop alert remain as-is.

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

• Dashboard Builder – New Threshold for Daily Option: For any charts that allow users to specify trending aggregation at a daily level, users may now select up to forty-five days of data to visualize in a given chart (previously, users could select only 20 days). This will be applicable to all custom widget types: data grids, vertical bar, etc.

• Data Export View – Updated Workflow: The export process has been unified to have the same workflow for all export requests, regardless of number of records or columns. The workflow for all exports will mirror the “large” export process, i.e., a notification will be received by the user in-app when the export has finished, and to download it, users will click on the link in the notification (either when it pops up immediately, or in the Notification Center area of the application):

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Dashboard Builder - Font style on Exported image does not match the source data: When exporting an image of a custom or prebuilt widget, the font style of the export was different for Doughnut, Horizontal Bar, Group Bar and Vertical bar chart types in the exported image compared to the chart in the platform. This has been resolved, and the exports appear as expected.

• Dashboard Builder – Filters Not Applied: When users attempted to filter dashboards in Dashboard Builder using the filter panel, the apply button was intermittently unresponsive. This has been resolved, and filters can be applied as expected.

• Metrics Reports - Issue with Sorting: Sorting was not being applied properly when users would attempt to sort a column in a Metrics view (either ascending or descending). This has been resolved and sorting is behaving as expected now.
