ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

• Data Export View: The maximum number of data fields/attributes that users can export in a single file has been increased from 20 to 50. If users export 21 or more fields in a single export, the default file format will be .csv, regardless of if CSV or XLS was selected. XLS as a requested format will only be supported if the data export request is 20 fields or less and 10,000 records or less. Otherwise, CSV will be the file type that is exported.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Recurring Schedule Service – Updates to Existing Schedule Not Reflecting: Users attempting to edit an existing scheduled report were not having their updates reflect in the schedule modal after saving. This has been addressed, and any updates made to an existing recurring schedule will reflect properly in the modal.

• Responses by Question View – Responses Not Updating in Chart View: When using Chart mode in the RBQ view, if a user tried to navigate to other questions or data attributes within this view, the responses would not update properly. This has been fixed, and each selection within Chart mode will reflect the proper responses.

• Dashboard Builder – Pre-Configured Widgets Returning Data Not Valid/Found Messages: Users reported an issue within Dashboard Builder where certain pre-configured widgets and charts were returning “Data Not Valid/Found” messages. This has been resolved, and all pre-configured widgets & charts will return the intended results now.
