ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These require configuration & coordination with your ConcentrixCX implementation & deployment teams.

• Dashboard Builder: ConcentrixCX is excited to announce that Dashboard Builder is the very first view within ConcentrixCX to be fully integrated into the CX 2.0 UI. Users will continue to have the same functionality as before, but the content will now have the “look and feel” of CX 2.0. Enhancements are as follows:

  • The view will now appear full screen, when side panels are minimized.
  • When the side panels expand, the view minimizes to fit the screen.
  • Buttons, headers, etc. have all been updated to reflect the CX 2.0 look and feel – some examples are as follows:
    • Within Dashboard Builder View, select ‘New Dashboard’ to create a new dashboard in the current project.
    • Within a Dashboard view, select “Edit Dashboard” to build custom or pre-configured widgets.
    • Once you have dashboards created, you can define which of your dashboards appear in the Dashboards dropdown menu by selecting “Menu Editor”.
  • As mentioned previously, all options, functionality, etc. remain intact.

• Dashboard Builder – Copy Dashboard: Users now have the option to copy an entire dashboard, if they are the current owner of the dashboard.

• When users select copy dashboard, a modal will appear with the default name of the copied dashboard being Copy - "original dashboard name". Users can update the name to be whatever they desire.

• If users click on save, it will take them into the copied dashboard – all existing widgets, options, filters, etc. that were applied or used in the original version of the dashboard before it was copied will transfer over into the newly copied dashboard. Users can edit and update any portion of the dashboard.

• If the original dashboard was shared with other platform users, the copied version will not be shared as a default. Users will need to re-share the copied version if that is needed.

• Kudos & Notices – Updated Modal: For programs utilizing the Kudos & Notices feature within pre-configured dashboard, the look & feel of the modal has been updated to resemble the CX 2.0 UX/UI. All inputs and options remain the same, it is simply how the modal appears on screen that has changed.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Individual Survey Details – CX Header Repeating when Sharing As PDF Attachment: When users attempted to share an ISD report via e-mail with others that had data elements/row, the PDF was including the CX header multiple times throughout the attachment. This has been corrected, and the CX header will only appear at the top of the attachment now.
