ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to improve the user experience. These require configuration & coordination with your ConcentrixCX implementation & deployment teams.

  • Kudos & Notices Widget – Reporting Available: For Programs that utilize dashboards that have the Kudos & Notices widget, there is now tracking in place that can be used to report on how many kudos/notices were sent, the date/time that kudos/notices were sent, and the CX users who initiated either the kudo or notice. Please note that there is configuration and timing required to make this live on a program, so please work with your ConcentrixCX Customer Support & Implementation teams if you are interested in adding this to your program.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

  • Download Other Specify Option – Multi-Response Questions: For the recently added option to download other specify comments if they are present on a project and available to download, the functionality was not working for muti-response questions. This has been fixed, and the other specify comments will now download for both single- and multi-choice questions.
