ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to enhance the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

• Other Specify View – Download Comments: For programs with other specify responses, you can now download those responses using the same workflow and options that are available within the comments view.
• Side Panels – Remain Frozen: When users click on either the icon to open the menu panel on the left, or the filters & action panel on the right, those panels will remain open for users as they navigate throughout the platform, including when a page refreshes or reloads based on user actions within the page.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Dashboard Builder Copy Widget – Filter Description: Within the dashboard builder feature, if a user copied a custom widget with a filter that was applied and updated the filter to be something different, then saved, then went back in and edited that widget, the filter choice was not updating properly within the filters area of the widget toolbox. This has been fixed, and the filter description will update properly now when edited by a user. Please note that for widgets with this error present, you may need to delete the widget and re-copy in order for the filter to appear properly throughout the dashboard.
• Dashboard Builder Share Via E-Mail – Large Dashboards in PDF Attachment: When users attempted to share a dashboard via e-mail with others that had many widgets, the PDF was including the CX header multiple times throughout the attachment. This has been corrected, and the CX header will only appear at the top of the attachment now.
