ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to enhance the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

• Download Option in Actions Drop-Down – Updated Modal: The modal that will display for users when selecting the download option within the Actions drop-down will display in the new 2.0 format:

Users may export the content of the desired view in one of two types: CSV or MS Excel file.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

Dashboard Builder – Custom Menu Link Not Loading Properly: For users who created dashboards in dashboard builder, then updated their primary CX menu to include links to those dashboards, those links were not working properly. This has been fixed, and all dashboard builder links appearing in the primary menu will now work as they should.

Share/Schedule – Remove Walkthrough Steps: For users utilizing the share or schedule function in CX, the PDF file generated from those workflows included the walkthrough step in the screenshot of the report. This has been updated so that it will not appear when a user utilizes the share or schedule function in CX moving forward.

Usage Reports – Individual Usage Modal not Showing Proper Results: Within the individual usage modal in the Usage Reports view, the reports accessed column was not showing the proper views or reports that were accessed by the user in ConcentrixCX. This has been fixed, and this column will show the proper views that were accessed moving forward.

Hierarchy Filters - Not Responding Properly: Within the hierarchy filters area of the filter panel, if a selection was made to an item within the middle of the these options, the corresponding filters below this item would not filter down to selections related to the first selected item. This has been resolved, and all areas within the hierarchy filter area of the filter panel will filter down appropriately when selections are made to the filter items preceding them.

Favorite Filters - Unable to Delete: If users attempted to delete a favorites filter that they had previously set up, they were unable to do so. This has been fixed, and users can resume deleting favorite filter selections if need be.
