ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to enhance the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

CX 2.0 UI Enhancements & Bug Fixes – The following enhancements have been made to the CX 2.0 UI & UX:

• Calendar / Quick Date Filter Options: We have added tooltip labels for date ranges on quick date buttons within the filter panel.

  • Select the Actions & Filter button to access the calendar.
  • Hover over a quick date option to view the applicable date range. When a user hovers over each option, the date or date range for that period will display
  • Gearbox Option within Views: The gearbox option is no longer available on views where it was present previously.
  • All options previously available in the gearbox button can now be accessed within the Actions drop-down within the Actions & Filter panel.

• Reminder that the CX 2.0 UI will become required for all users on January 13, 2025. On January 6, 2025, users will have the CX 2.0 UI automatically turned “on,” if they have not yet done this themselves. Users will have one week to acclimate to the new UI before it becomes required, and the toggle is removed.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

Filter Caching: For users who utilize our filter panel, the filters selected were not being reset consistently as the user navigated to a different project. This has been updated, and filters will not persist from a previous project moving forward.

Advanced Filters – Response Field Not Available: For users who utilize the advanced filter section, the response field did not appear after the webpage refreshed to apply the filter selections. This has been updated, and the response field will display as it should after the filters are applied to the webpage.
