ENHANCEMENTS

The following system-wide enhancements have been made to ConcentrixCX to enhance the user experience. These do not require any configuration.

Individual Survey Details Modal – Options Added: The standard options from the “gearbox” within CX that one can use when referencing the Individual Survey Details view, can now be utilized if need be within the Individual Survey Details modal.

BUGS

The following bugs have been resolved. These do not require any configuration.

• Dashboard Builder – Years Not Displaying Properly: Within the custom widget option in Dashboard Builder, the years were not displaying properly in the legend for both the vertical bar & grouped bar/line chart types. This has been fixed, and everything will now display properly in the legend for these two chart types.
• Dashboard Builder – Time Period Display in Widget Toolbox: For custom widgets in Dashboard Builder that were utilizing the time period filtering option, if a user was editing a widget with a time period filter, it was not displaying properly in the widget toolbox nor the calendar modal. This has been corrected, and the display of the time period will show properly throughout the widget toolbox area as users are editing widgets.
• Dashboard Builder – Datagrid Sorting: For the Calculation Distribution and Calculation Distribution Over Time datagrid chart types in Dashboard Builder, when sorting columns within those datagrids, the rows were not sorting properly. This has been corrected, and all values will sort properly, regardless of the type of calculation or values displayed.
• Dashboard Builder – Decimal Place Selection: For custom widget chart types within Dashboard Builder that had the option to update the decimal place shown in the chart, users editing these types of chart types reported that their selection was not saving i.e. it was reverting back to the default selection of 2. This has been fixed, and the user’s selection will remain present if editing a widget using a decimal place value other than 2.
