  • A new, configurable feature has been added to the CONCENTRIXCX NOTIFICATION CENTER that can help accelerate the completion of Closed-Loop alerts. When an alert record is reassigned, the new alert owner will be notified immediately by email. Implementing this feature can increase user engagement and speed of service which ultimately improves the experience for your customers.

  • Ability to download open-ended feedback from the Comments Reports. Users can access this download feature from the gear-box icon located in the top, right-hand corner of the reporting view. Click Download from the selection list, choose a format and click OK.

BUGS

  • FIXED: Sporadically, filters that had been selected from the filter drawer would be dropped when navigating from one report to the next. A fix has been made to retain the filters selected to lock them in place until the user resets and/or applies a new filter.

  • FIXED: Several efficiencies have been developed to eliminate redundancies routing data within the production environment.
